A thought from Rose
Five-minute breaks
Rosemery

Getting up from the chair every hour seemed silly until I felt the difference in my back — and my mood.
I set a discreet alarm to go off every hour. When it rings, I get up, drink some water, look out of the window.
The body speaks too
It’s five minutes. But at the end of the day I’m less tired and less tempted to take that tiredness out on someone.
“Caring for the body in small pauses is caring for the mood of the hours ahead.”
