A thought from Rose

Meetings that could have been an email

Protecting time to focus became the most productive decision of my year.

My calendar had so many meetings that the real work was left for the evenings.

Two mornings without a calendar

I blocked Tuesday and Thursday mornings. At first it felt selfish. Then it became clear it was the only way to do good work.

“Free time in the calendar isn’t wasted time. It’s where the important work happens.”
