A thought from Rose
Asking for help is a skill too
Rosemery

It took me years to understand that solving everything alone wasn’t a sign of strength.
For a long time I thought asking for help at work meant admitting I wasn’t good enough. So I stayed late, redid things, hid my doubts.
What changed when I asked
The first time I said “I don’t know, can you help me?”, the meeting got lighter — and the project better.
“Nobody builds anything important alone. We just pretend for a while.”
