The notebook is slower than the phone. That’s exactly why I went back to it.

Writing by hand makes me think first. You can’t delete with a tap or paste ready-made passages.

Handwriting has a rhythm too

The drafts for this blog all start on paper. Only later do they move to the screen — and they almost always arrive clearer.
